As a full-service provider in the field of electronics production, we take over the complete assembly of electromechanical and electronic assemblies and devices.
On request, the assembled printed circuit boards manufactured by us can be pre-assembled into partial or system components. Our well-trained and qualified employees programme, assemble, mount and wire the individual components to modules or your end product.
We create illustrated, comprehensible installation instructions for the construction of equipment.
After testing and commissioning, we offer an optional
burn-in or run-in test in our climatic chamber.
The burn-in test simulates the aging of an assembly, which means that material weaknesses can be identified that could not be detected in previous tests.
In the run-in test, the modules are tested with connected supply voltage and changing temperatures that lie within the temperature range of the future application.
