STG-Beikirch uses modern production lines that can process even the smallest components such as 01005, 0201 and 0204 Chips.
Our SMD placement machines from Europlacer assemble 24,200 components per placement head according to IPC in one hour. 
The high number of intelligent feeders offers the possibility to assemble very complex printed circuit boards with a high component variance or also with very different component dimensions
Components with a leg spacing of 0.3 mm for QFP and 0.4 mm for µBGA and also designs from 01005 to 50 x 50 mm are easily possible.
